Thanks for the wonderful holiday. We greatly enjoyed our trip and would like to make further comment. We found your tour feedback'''' sheet to be inadequate for what we wished to convey, but it was a guide.

The pretour service and Information was outstanding. We felt that you kept us well informed and up to date going into the journey.

Ground transportation was for the most part excellent.

We had a good experience on the boat cruise. If I had to do it again I would arrange a transfer from the hotel or airport to the ship. We arrived on the dock in Istanbul and had a difficult time finding our way to the boat. We were also accosted by an army of escorts offering to carry our luggage. The cruise information said something about meeting at a “hall” but the person we called on the phone number only told us to come to the dock. Separately, the cruise company tried to up sell a suite; they did not appear to be aware of the arrangement whereby we were not to share a room for the third person in the party

Thank you for the whole organization,everything went very well and we were pleased with the service.

Tour Guide: Both our guides were very nice and helpful people.

Hotel: Both hotel rooms were very comfartable. I think the choice of restaurants could be improved.

Food: The food in all were good. I will not hesitate to suggest Chinahighlights to friends and other people.
